Just a quick update: I have recently been elected chair of TCAT (Town Center Action Team) and am looking forward to serving and bringing new members to the group to have great discussions on the future of Town Center. If you are intersted please email me about our monthly meeting. I have also put my hat in the ring for a seat on the planning commission. This should come up for a vote in the coming month before Mayor and Council and any support you could provide for me would be appreciated. As always feel free to reach out to me at trapper@trappermartin.com.

Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I am now an official candidate for Rockville City Council and asking for the opportunity to serve the great citizens of Rockville on their City Council. I have lived in this amazing city for over five years now and am very excited for the opportunity to serve. With so much turmoil in the current economy it is all that more important for us to have a clear path towards the future in Rockville. The continued development and completion of Rockville Town Square as well as the implementation of a functional plan for our older neighborhoods is a must and it needs a council that can build consensus and get things done without so much in-fighting and turmoil. Rockville is a great city with many wonderful services that need to continue, the current council has supported many of them but the timelines in which they work are very drawn out. We need leaders that listen to their neighbors and act quickly to implement plans to better the community.
I am a down to earth guy that walks our neighborhoods and meets different people every day and listens to their concerns. I am not going to say that I know every issue that is happening in every corner of Rockville but, if elected, I will do my best to represent every citizen in a fair and balanced way that always has the best interest of the taxpayer in mind. This city is very close to being something that is even better than it is today and representing how great of a life we can all have in a major metropolitan suburb.
Please join me in making Rockville and even better place to live and looking forward to meeting many of you in the coming weeks! Thanks.......Trapper
